Malachit Events was born from a longing - a longing for depth in a world of distractions, for real community in a time of disconnection, and for spaces where true transformation is not only possible but inevitable.

We envisioned a sanctuary where ancient wisdom meets the needs of the modern soul. A place where seekers, rebels, healers, and lovers can come together to remember what it means to be fully alive.

At the core of Malachit lies our devotion to depth, community, and transformation. We don’t offer quick fixes or spiritual performances. We offer real, raw, and sacred spaces that honor the full spectrum of being human.

Through carefully choosing experienced facilitators who weave together ritual, embodiment, ancient wisdom, nervous system regulation, depth, care, and shadow work, we build bridges between ancestral knowledge and contemporary healing - between the wild intelligence of the body and the deep longing of the heart to come home.

May Garzon

May is a ritualist, trauma-informed space holder, and intuitive guide who walks with fierce tenderness and embodied wisdom.
Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we meet ourselves – fully, honestly, and in connection with others.
May’s work is grounded in the body, in truth-telling, and in the power of connection.
Her presence is both disarming and empowering — a blend of loving directness, grounded wisdom, and intuitive depth.
She knows how to hold the fire without burning, the tenderness without collapsing, and the sacred without losing touch with the human.
For May, Malachit is more than a project – it’s a prayer.

Shirly Lanczmann

Shirly is the heart behind the scenes - the one who weaves it all together so that the magic can unfold.
As the co-founder and organizer of Malachit Events, she brings her whole being into every detail: with love, devotion, and a deep belief in the power of intentional spaces.
With a background in psychology and education, and a strong grounding in embodied healing arts, Shirly has always been drawn to what moves people — beneath the surface.
She’s not a facilitator, but she is a space holder in the truest sense:
One who listens deeply, feels what wants to be born, and creates the structure and support that make true transformation possible.
Shirly is the anchor - the one who makes sure that everything rests on solid ground.
From the first email to the final ritual, her touch is everywhere: thoughtful, loving, and aligned.
For her, Malachit is a living prayer for beauty, community, and real human connection - and she holds it with unwavering care.

How everything started…

It began with a spark - a shared knowing that something more was possible.

We had both spent years exploring rituals, trainings, retreats… searching for spaces that felt truly alive, honest, and held.

And while we found many beautiful teachers along the way, we also noticed what was missing:

Real depth. True community. A sense of safety that goes beyond words.

When we met, it felt like coming home.

We spoke the same language - the language of the body, of truth, of devotion.

We shared a vision: to create spaces where people could be exactly as they are. Where healing doesn’t follow a script, and growth is rooted in love, not pressure.

We dreamed of circles where laughter and tears could coexist.

Where ancient wisdom meets modern needs.

Where people feel seen, held, and invited into their full aliveness.

So we began - step by step, event by event.

And slowly, Malachit started to grow.

Not just as an offering, but as a living field of transformation.
