Why Malachit: Our beginning…

Malachit Events was born from a longing.
A longing for depth in a world full of distraction.
For real community in times of disconnection.
For spaces where transformation isn’t shallow or performative - but real, grounded, and embodied.

When we met, we recognized something familiar in each other: a shared hunger for truth, simplicity, and soulful presence. We had both walked many paths - retreats, trainings, circles - and while we encountered beautiful teachings, we often felt something essential was missing.

Heart.
Safety.
Depth.

A space where you can come exactly as you are.

So we began to dream together. Of a sanctuary where ancient wisdom meets the needs of modern souls. A living field of transformation, community, and embodied healing. Not a quick-fix retreat - but a real refuge for those who are ready to go deep.

That dream became Malachit.

May Garzon

I am a ritualist, trauma-informed space-holder, and intuitive guide. My work is rooted in embodied wisdom - meeting yourself fully, honestly, and with love. I walk with a devotion to holding both tenderness and truth, softness and clarity, power and vulnerability.

For me, Malachit is more than a project. It is a prayer.
A living, breathing space where transformation is not a performance, but an intimate journey home. Where ancient wisdom dances with modern healing. Where people are invited to reclaim their wholeness - gently, fiercely, and truthfully.

Shirly Lanczmann

I am the one weaving the threads behind the scenes, holding the structure so the magic can unfold. With a background in psychology and embodied healing arts, I bring grounded presence, clarity, and devotion into every detail.

From the very first message you receive to the final ritual circle, my touch is there - thoughtful, aligned, and intentional. I hold the frame so authenticity - raw, real, and human - can emerge in safety and depth.

Together, we are two expressions of one vision:
to create a home for seekers, rebels, lovers, healers - a field where transformation isn’t just offered, but lived.
