ISTA Level 1 - the Initiation
For those just beginning the path or feeling the call to a profound experience, ISTA Level 1 is the perfect entry point. Imagine eight days on the magical island of Cyprus, immersed in movement, ritual, and sacred temple spaces.
This training is an initiation into the world of self-love, conscious intimacy and spiritual aliveness. Participants of our trainings often come from times of crisis, curiosity, or longing - and leave with renewed vitality, clarity and an embodied sense of inner power.
If you’ve ever wondered what it means to fully live in your body and reclaim your erotic essence as something innocent and divine, Level 1 is your invitation.

ISTA Living Level 1 - a deepening
You have already done your first ISTA training? Living Level 1 in Austria takes the teachings even deeper.
This 8-day immersion is designed for graduates who want to embody the wisdom of Level 1 in everyday life. It’s about integration, expansion, and community - a high-end, mature and evolving space for experienced seekers.
At Living Level 1 you will practice weaving the essence of temple arts into relationships, work and daily reality, so that the soulful intimacy you’ve discovered isn’t just an experience in retreat but the foundation of how you live. Expect intensity, clarity, and the joy of being mirrored by others who share your path.

ISTA Festival: A celebration of life, love, and community.
ISTA Festival Cyprus - a community gathering & celebration
The ISTA Festival Cyprus is where seekers from all around the world come together to dance, connect and expand. It’ll be a vibrant mix of workshops, rituals, music, and community spaces AND it’s less of a training and more of a living playground of freedom and expression, where you can taste different aspects of embodied sensuality, meet inspiring teachers, and find your tribe.
For many, the ISTA Festival is a joyful homecoming, a reminder that life can be lived with innocence, authenticity, and radiant pleasure.
